Hi everyone! Thank you for joining me for another #ToursOfTIEC! This week I decided to give a tour of the competition rings since I was showing this weekend as well! The competition rings are very special at Tryon because of how spectator friendly and exhibitor friendly they are. Take a look at my photo re-cap tour and see how AMAZING the rings are at #TIEC!

1. Everything is SO CLOSE!

The barns, bridle path, and the rings are all right together, making it super easy to get to your class on time!

 2. The Schooling Rings

Being a rider, this is the BEST part about all of the rings at Tryon. Each competition ring has its own schooling ring. So nice not to have ponies and Grand Prix horses in the same schooling ring!

 3. The In-Gate

The in-gates even have shade and elevated seating for trainers and jump-setters! It is so nice Tryon has thought of everyone. Since the structures are elevated, your trainer is even going to be able to see how that jump looked at the far end of the ring!

4. The Best Part – The Shaded  & Elevated Seating!

Shaded picnic tables are placed along the walk ways in-between the rings!

Look at the elevated seating!! Perfect to watch your BFFs show.

SO MUCH SEATING

EVEN MORE!! And did I mention that some of the chairs are rocking chairs?

My mom loves to watch (like this mom here) and Tryon makes it so easy and comfortable for spectators!

And the mountain views are unreal.
More mountain views!

5. The Little Things

There is even a charging station! Wow. So nice when your phone is about to die after snap chatting all day.

These fans though! It basically feels air conditioned under the shade shelters in the summer!

6. The George H. Morris Arena

I like to call the George H. Morris Arena the “heart” of TIEC as it is the biggest and most central ring where everyone comes together for our feature event of the week, Saturday Night Lights. It has stadium seating so you can have fantastic views no matter where you sit, as well as the large jumbotron on one side and the Legends Club and Sky Deck overlooking the ring on the other! Awesome.
