Tryon Fall 2 competition hosts Hunter/Jumper competition and marks the start of the 2022 Fall “Saturday Night Lights” series. The week features numerous highlights for competitors in all divisions. Competition is free and open to the public to attend.
Wednesday will feature Hunter Breeding classes offered to yearlings, two, and three-year-olds in Ring 4 near the start of the show day, added by popular demand. Ship-ins welcome! See prize list for details.
Developing Jumper Series schooling under the lights takes place Tuesday evening, with Friday evening competition at 7pm in Tryon Stadium.
Saturday in Ring 2, the ever-popular 2’6” Open Hunter Derby will return to the show schedule, taking place at 8am.
“Saturday Night Lights” will take place alongside the $30,000 ProElite Grand Prix, and the evening will cap Breast Cancer Awareness Week at TIEC in collaboration with the American Cancer Society. Pink ribbons will be available to competitors to purchase/donation and wear in the show ring. More information to come on festivities throughout the week.
