The USEF/EVUSA National Vaulting Championships will take place in the Indoor Complex at Tryon International August 9-11. Simply described as gymnastics on horseback, Vaulting is a harmonious bond between horse and athlete that creates awe-inspiring acrobatic displays of skill and precision. Tryon International Equestrian Center & Resort (Tryon International) in North Carolina will host a 2023 Triple Crown of Rodeo (TCR) event. With a total guaranteed payout over $400,000, the event on October 6-7, 2023, will be the richest rodeo east of the Mississippi River and creates more opportunities for athletes outside the traditional annual rodeo season.

Each year, Pony Club offers Championship competitions in 10 disciplines: Dressage, Eventing, Show Jumping, Mounted Games, Polocrosse, Tetrathlon, Quiz (non-riding, knowledge-based competition), Western Dressage, and the Open Trail and Open Gymkhana competitions. Championships generally follow the same format as a standard rally. Members compete as part of a team and are judged on riding abilities, as well as horse management skills.
