Night in the Country Carolinas: Eligibility for Press Credentials

In order to be eligible to receive Press Credentials, you MUST:

1. Be associated with or on assignment for a recognized publication, news service, website, radio or television station;
2. Submit a letter of assignment or email from the assigning editor or publisher, with the request for press credentials; and
3. Submit a copy of your published article or photograph, published within the last year.

To ensure that those receiving press credentials are bona fide members of the media and to maintain eligibility for the following year, you MUST provide a letter of assignment and proof of publication.

Editors assigning more than one photographer are asked to designate ONE primary photographer.

Press credentials must be requested using the form below. Those approved for credentials will be contacted by the media office.

NOTE: A separate request for press credentials form must be completed for each person. ALL credentialed media will be required to sign a media agreement upon arrival.
