Photos taken for judging starting at 1pm. Social media voting continues through Sunday morning. This contest is open to ALL Tryon Summer 4 junior competitors. Collaborations are encouraged!

Saturday, July 9th:
The ponies will take to Tryon Stadium at 8am for the sixth annual $10,000 USHJA Pony Hunter Derby, showcasing Small, Medium, and Large ponies and their riders in the spotlight! The Pony Hunter Derby will be live streamed at Tryon.com/streaming.
Pony Costume Parade presented by Allpony: Retro Theme
Saturday, July 9th:
Check in at 5:45pm for 6:00pm start in Tryon Stadium! All costume entries MUST have riders wearing a helmet and a handler leading the pony. Open to junior riders only. Handlers must be over 15, please. This event will be live streamed.
Winners will receive a custom prize pack!

Join us for FREE activities and entertainment from 6-8pm in Legends Plaza! From face painting to pony rides, entertainers and carousel rides, there’s something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Grab a bite to eat at the concession stands, onsite restaurants, or reserve a table in the Legends Club. Then, enjoy Grand Prix show jumping competition under the lights!

CrossFit Wide Open is Tryon Resort’s new full-service gym located within the first floor of the International Pavilion, offering memberships, classes ranging from CorssFit to yoga and more, personal training services, and pickleball courts. Guests are welcome to meander through the multi-purpose trails that surround the property, including our White Oak Cross-Country Course and the Glades trails, for a scenic creekside hike.

8:00am: $5,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby AND $5,000 USHJA Jr/Am National Hunter Derby, Ring 4
4:00pm: $30,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby, Tryon Stadium
- Watch Party Presented by Tryon Riding & Hunt Club: Starting at 4pm in Legends Club. Dinner and cash bar for first 200 people to RSVP to info@trhc.org.
