Special Olympics athletes from across the state will compete at the 2022 Special Olympics North Carolina Equestrian Tournament October 7-9! For the first time, the Equestrian Tournament will take place at the Tryon International Equestrian Center. Athletes will compete in showmanship, dressage, western riding, gymkhana races, equitation and working trails. The event weekend will kick off with an Opening Ceremony on Friday, October 7 at 7pm in Tryon Stadium, with competition to follow Saturday and Sunday.
