Tryon Twilight Cross Country Relays

Kick off the fall cross country season under the lights at Tryon International! The second annual Tryon Twilight Relays feature JV, varsity and open races on a fast 1,500-meter loop, with arena exchange zones, spectator dining and a one-of-a-kind nighttime atmosphere.

What:  Tryon Twilight Relays

Where: Tryon International Equestrian Center

When: Friday Night August 14, 2026

• 7:30pm JV Boys   2 x 1500     Teams of 2

• 7:50pm. JV Girls    2 x 1500     Teams of 2

• 8:15pm.  Varsity Boys  4 x 1500    Teams of 2

• 8:45pm.  Varsity Girls  4 x 1500     Teams of 2

• 9:15pm.  Open Race (mixed) 2 x 1500. Teams of 2

Format:

• JV teams will consist of 2 Athletes running 1500m each once. 3K total

• Varsity teams will consist of 2 athletes running 1500 each twice 6K total

• You can enter as many teams as you want.

Awards:

• Top JV Boys/Girls Team and top 3 Varsity Boy/Girls Teams

Entries:

• Teams of 20 or less $75 per gender.

• Teams of greater than 20 will be $100 per gender
